Transforming Lives with Deepalaya
Deepalaya Special School serves students with Intellectual and Developmental Disability, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Disabilities, and dropouts who are socially marginalised , have low or come from a lower socioeconomic background.
The Rights to person with Disability (RPWD) Act 2016 guarantees equal learning opportunities for all persons with special need (Divyangjans) .
- Every child with benchmark disability between the age group of 6 and 18 years shall have the right to free education.
- 5% reservation in seats in Government and Government aided higher educational institutions for persons with benchmark disabilities.
Our programmes focus on providing support and resources to all individuals with disability. By working together with our community partners, we aim to create a brighter future for those in need.
Internship Opportunities
Join our team of dedicated volunteers and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Whether it's serving meals at a homeless shelter or mentoring a child with special need, there are many ways to get involved and give back.
Admission Open at Deepalaya Special School
Objectives:

Medical Mobile Unit donated under CSR by NBCC (INDIA) Ltd.
NBCC (India) Ltd. a Govt of India Enterprise doated a Medical Mobile Unit (MMU) under its CSR initiatives. The MMU will be functional in Purnia District and nearby areas for patient transport and conducting Awareness activities. The MMU was flagged off on 02-09-2023 virtually by the CMD NBCC Shri PK Gupta and other eminent Directors of NBCC.
